Sublime Text logs to %APPDATA%\Sublime Text\Log\ on Windows.
Paths are printed exactly as Sublime Text writes them. Environment variables like %LOCALAPPDATA% and $XDG_STATE_HOME are never expanded, so a path can be pasted straight into a shell.
