Request an app

Becomes a public GitHub issue

Tell us an application that is missing and where it writes its logs. A partial entry with an honest gap is more use than a confident wrong one.

No account needed. Paste paths exactly as written, with environment variables like %LOCALAPPDATA% left unexpanded, and leave out anything that identifies a real machine, person or customer. Everything here is published on GitHub. See privacy for what the human check involves.

Fields marked * are required.

The application

The name people would search for.

Architecture

Optional. Leave all off if you are not sure.

Scope

Optional. Press again to clear.

Log paths: open each platform the app runs on. At least one path is needed.

One path per line, exactly as written, environment variables unexpanded. Add ` | ` and a few words to say what it holds.

Installer

Optional. Which installer types these paths hold true for.

macOS

How did you verify this?

Your own machine is a fine answer. A vendor documentation link is better.

Anything else

Optional. A flag that has to be set, a version it changed in, a folder that only appears after a crash.
