Where PuTTY keeps its logs

PuTTY logs to putty.log on Windows.

Paths are printed exactly as PuTTY writes them. Environment variables like %LOCALAPPDATA% and $XDG_STATE_HOME are never expanded, so a path can be pasted straight into a shell.
