Apple iTunes logs to %APPDATA%\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<Device Name>\ on Windows.

Apple iTunes logs to ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<Device Name>/ on macOS.

Paths are printed exactly as Apple iTunes writes them. Environment variables like %LOCALAPPDATA% and $XDG_STATE_HOME are never expanded, so a path can be pasted straight into a shell.
