Where Adobe Premiere Pro keeps its logs

Adobe Premiere Pro logs to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\Adobe\Premiere Pro\<version>\SentryIO-db\reports\ on Windows.

Paths are printed exactly as Adobe Premiere Pro writes them. Environment variables like %LOCALAPPDATA% and $XDG_STATE_HOME are never expanded, so a path can be pasted straight into a shell. Where a path differs between installer types or shipping flavours, each one is racked as its own card below - why that happens.

How to collect Adobe Premiere Pro logs

  1. macOS: Select View Report in the crash dialog.
  2. macOS: Or open Console > Crash Reports and pick the latest Adobe Premiere Pro report.
  3. macOS: Or copy the .crash or .ips files containing Adobe Premiere Pro from ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.
  4. Windows: Copy the crash reports from %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\Adobe\Premiere Pro\<version>\SentryIO-db\reports\.
  5. Windows: The <version> folder is the technical version, not the year (for example 23.0 for Premiere Pro 2023).
